To & Through Program
My To & Through Program is a 12 week, structured program that utilizes dance/movement therapy and holistic wellness coaching techniques. We work with and through your blocks, bringing you back home to your body, finding your pace of easeful movement in the direction of your aspirations.
Just a few of the things you can expect to explore and receive during the 12 weeks:

Desired State Goal Setting--I will lead you in the process of setting specific, measurable outcomes that you would like to see at the end of our time together.

Personalized Movement Assessment​​--we will explore your regular movement patterns and preferences and identify how diversifying these may benefit the ways in which you cope with your environments

Identifying & Getting to Know Your Blocks--we will work on locating these blocks in your body, hearing what they have to say, and begin to work with them so they can relax and let you achieve your true potential.

Weekly Actions Steps--sometimes these are co-created, other times I formulate them for you; but I will always make sure they feel doable

Email Support Between Sessions--should you need extra support, I am available by email to provide that and answer your questions
How the program is structured:

1 session per week for 12 weeks

Each session is an hour long

Each session includes:
-
a centering, body scan and intention setting practice
-
a review of the previous week and check in about action step follow up
-
coaching around obstacles
-
a movement or body-centered experiential exercise
-
processing of that exercise (using a variety of methods) and setting of action steps for the upcoming week
